I love the Kara Cox article. She is such a real pain slut. The heavy can strokes and the marks they left are memorable! It was a turn on to see her squirm when the strokes became too much. Yes, Kara is the real deal! We can't beat all the patients as hard as her, because they have to "check out" the same day and go for other treatments elsewhere without marks. (Of course, we find other ways to do terrible things to such girls.)

Yes, more heavy discipline of patients would be great. I understand about the need for patients to be in good condition when they go to the next "facility", but there are those who relish being thoroughly marked, discipline, punished (i.e. treated like the pain sluts they are).
