I love the idea of girls competing against each other; this could include, but is not limited to the following:
1) Who can take the largest enema (guess what, the loser(s) gets to drink the others' enema);
2) Who can a dildo the deepest in her ass - would need a fairly narrow dildo, or colon tube, but the aim is for each girl to get as much as possible up her ass (of course, naturally, the losers get to lick the dildos/tubes clean;
3) who can take the widest dildo in their ass - this could be a version of the multiple mounted dildos mentioned earlier;
4) who can take the longest and also who can the widest dildo down her throat.
