This looks hot and is a tie that uses very little rope and restraint ...
Tie a rope to the left wrist then bring the left arm behind the back and up to the top of the right shoulder. Bring the rope over the top of the right shoulder and thru the right armpit and across the back. Bring the rope thru the left arm pit and over the top of the left shoulder. Bring the right arm up to the top of the left shoulder and tie it to the rope. Affix a spreader bar to the ankles. That's it - now make your sub suffer and enjoy!
(the sub should be flexible for this tie. Wrist and ankle cuffs will help with circulation)
