you seem to be looking for new and twisted ideas
one idea that I have always wanted to see is two girls getting large enemas, then both girls are then plugged to keep it all in...however the plugs are connected with a large tube. So if one girl needs relief she has to force it out and into the other one.
The "winner" is who ever can force more of her water into the other model, and get her to tap out first.

I have modification to this scenario: Instead of filling both girls with enemas give enema just to one of them and then use her as enema bag to transfer contents to another girl.
They can swap contents few times like that or she can get refilled and try to force as much water as possible into another girl.
